Free Mobile App ASO Tools: Fastest Growing Apps & Keyword Research added to AppGoblin

Posted on April 18, 2025 by James O'Claire
AppGoblin free fastest growing apps list

By popular demand AppGoblin has added a ranking of the current fastest growing apps based on their installs or ratings. These include apps that may have been out on the store for awhile, but have recently seen classic exponential hockey stick style growth. This helps app marketers see what apps are trending in real time.

Free Keyword Research for mobile apps

App keyword research is a key way for app marketers to plan how to grow their apps. AppGoblin took it’s first steps into this space by offering free keyword ranks and competitiveness. For each keyword you can view the top apps associated or ranked by the app store for that word.

Keyword competitor research is complicated and AppGoblin wants to offer these as free resources. Not only that the data is free but the methodology is open source.

AppGoblin keeps moving forward as a free ASO and marketing tool. Let me know what you’d like to see next.
